Had a nice stay for a family vacation. The food was brilliant with lots of options. Staff was super pleasant and polite. Location: the hotel was just next door to a huge ledge/ platform, and the restaurant.

The beds were extremely comfy. the room was of average size and perfect. the pool area was heated. the location was marvelous, just a short walk to swim in the lake, as well as close to Quebec City, Jacques Cartier Park, and the aquarium.

The location was amazing, close to Jacques Cartier park. the breakfast was amazing and well presented with fresh omelettes and omelet station.

Location on the lake, spa area
Climate as noisy as an aircraft engine, staff only responds with the answer we could have called. I don't call reception at noon to tell them the air conditioning doesn't let you sleep. I think something like that, and we also think that cleanliness, has to be checked before you let guests into a room like that.

The rooms on the third floor, top floor, have tiny windows. The windowsill is over 2 meters long! You can hardly see out, the room is extremely dark
